Inkagai is a product operated by Algodyne Corporation, a Delaware corporation. In this AI Use Policy, Inkagai refers to the product and Services, and Algodyne, we, us, or our refers to Algodyne Corporation.
This policy supplements the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service and governs AI-assisted features enabled within Inkagai.
1. Adults only
AI-assisted features are available only to users who are at least 18 years old.
2. Explicit action and scoped context
Inkagai AI-assisted features operate only where enabled and invoked by an authorized user.
- The user starts the request.
- The user selects or approves the context supplied to the AI feature where the feature supports context selection.
- The interface must identify the relevant content scope before transmission where scoped context is available.
- Inkagai does not silently publish AI output or treat it as canonical User Content.
3. Review before adoption
AI output is a suggestion, not a substitute for judgment.
- AI output is presented for review.
- Output becomes User Content only when the user explicitly accepts, inserts, saves, publishes, or otherwise adopts it.
- Discarding output leaves the underlying User Content unchanged.
- Users are responsible for reviewing output before relying on, distributing, publishing, or selling it.
4. Processing and providers
When a user invokes an AI feature, Algodyne may process the selected context, instruction, result, and operational metadata needed to route, secure, meter, debug, and provide the request.
AI processing may use Algodyne infrastructure or an approved AI Provider identified in the production vendor register. Provider routing may vary by feature and availability.
Algodyne must not claim a provider-specific retention, deletion, regional-processing, or training commitment unless the corresponding production configuration and contract support the claim.
5. No training without explicit opt-in
Algodyne does not use Private Content to train or fine-tune an Algodyne-owned model and does not authorize an AI Provider to train on Private Content without separate, explicit, opt-in authorization for the specific content and purpose.
Absence of authorization means no such use is permitted by Algodyne.
6. Operational metadata
Inkagai may record operational AI metadata such as feature, action type, selected-content references, provider, model, request size, output state, cost, latency, timestamp, error, and security event.
Production telemetry must minimize prompt and output content and must follow the applicable privacy and logging controls.
7. Limitations
AI-assisted features may produce output that is inaccurate, incomplete, biased, offensive, derivative, infringing, duplicative, inconsistent with the user's work, or otherwise unsuitable.
AI does not guarantee originality, copyrightability, factual accuracy, legal clearance, publication quality, commercial success, or fitness for a particular purpose. It does not replace editorial, legal, tax, financial, medical, or other professional judgment.
8. User responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring that AI-assisted content they accept, publish, distribute, or sell complies with applicable law, contracts, platform rules, and third-party rights.
Users must not use AI-assisted features to violate the Terms of Service, circumvent safeguards, create unlawful content, infringe rights, impersonate others, or facilitate abuse.
9. Usage limits and availability
AI-assisted features may be subject to plan limits, context limits, request limits, rate limits, metering, credits, and provider availability. Attempting to evade those controls violates the Terms of Service.
When an AI feature is unavailable or not provisioned, Inkagai must identify it as unavailable rather than representing that the feature is operational.
10. Changes to this policy
Algodyne may update this AI Use Policy as Inkagai features, models, providers, or applicable requirements change. The current policy will be posted on the Inkagai legal page with its effective and last-updated dates. Material changes will be communicated where required.
