Inkagai is a product operated by Algodyne Corporation, a Delaware corporation. In this Cookie Policy, Inkagai refers to the product and Services, and Algodyne, we, us, or our refers to Algodyne Corporation.
This policy explains how Inkagai uses cookies, local storage, session storage, IndexedDB, and similar storage or access technologies. It should be read with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. Adults only
Inkagai is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old.
2. Technology categories
Strictly necessary and security technologies
These technologies are required to provide or secure the Services. They may support:
- Authentication and sessions.
- Cross-site request forgery protection.
- Account and workspace security.
- Bot, abuse, fraud, and rate-limit controls.
- Routing, availability, and service reliability.
- Checkout and payment security where enabled.
- Recording cookie-consent choices.
Necessary technologies may remain active when optional technologies are rejected. Blocking them may prevent Inkagai from working correctly.
Requested preferences and product state
Inkagai uses browser storage to remember settings and selections requested by the user, including appearance mode, active workspace, active Work, and related interface state.
Optional analytics
Optional analytics is not permitted to load until the applicable consent choice allows it. Analytics, when enabled, must be limited to product usage, reliability, performance, conversion, and public-page measurement and must not intentionally expose Private Content.
Optional marketing and referral technologies
Optional marketing or referral storage may be used for reservation and referral attribution only when the applicable consent choice allows it. Inkagai does not use Private Content for behavioral advertising.
Payment technologies
Payment providers may use cookies and similar technologies to secure checkout, process payments, prevent fraud, and maintain payment state. Provider technologies are governed by the provider's policies and Algodyne's configuration.
3. Current first-party browser-storage inventory
| Name | Technology | Category | Purpose | Duration |

inkagai-vault-device-keys / device-keys | IndexedDB | Security / requested product state | Stores an origin-bound, non-extractable device key and local retry state for a vault feature where that feature is enabled | Until removed through product or browser controls |

Authentication cookies and security cookies are generated by the deployed authentication and infrastructure configuration. Their exact names and durations must remain synchronized with the production configuration and the vendor register.
4. Third-party technologies
Depending on enabled features, third-party technologies may include:
- Cloudflare technologies for hosting, routing, content delivery, security, Turnstile, abuse prevention, and performance.
- Stripe or another approved payment provider for checkout, payment security, and fraud prevention.
- An approved analytics provider where optional analytics is enabled and consented.
- Other approved providers only where listed in the production vendor register and required for an enabled feature.
5. Consent and preferences
Where consent is required, Inkagai asks before optional analytics or marketing-referral technologies are used.
Cookie Preferences must allow an adult user to:
- Accept optional categories.
- Reject optional categories.
- Select categories where supported.
- Change choices later.
- Withdraw consent as easily as it was granted.
Consent choices may be specific to a browser, device, domain, region, or account. Clearing site data or using another device may require a new decision.
6. Browser and device controls
Most browsers allow users to inspect, block, or delete cookies and browser storage. Clearing site data may remove sessions, consent choices, appearance settings, workspace and Work selections, device-local vault material, and other local state.
Users are responsible for protecting device access, browser profiles, operating-system accounts, and backups.
7. Public author pages
Public author pages may use limited analytics where enabled to measure traffic, newsletter conversion, downloads, orders, or public engagement. Public-page analytics must remain separate from Private Content.
Authors and workspaces using audience features may have their own privacy and disclosure obligations to readers, subscribers, buyers, and visitors.
8. Changes to this policy
Algodyne may update this Cookie Policy as Inkagai, providers, consent tools, or storage technologies change. The current policy will be posted on the Inkagai legal page with its effective and last-updated dates.
